About National Kicking Service - NKS is one of football's most respected authorities on Special Teams in the USA and endorsed by NFL players and coaches. NKS's groundbreaking Biomechanics Training Program has enabled countless kickers and punters to reach their potential and accomplish some pretty amazing goals. NKS program players include NFL great Jeff Reed (Steelers, 49ers), Matt Prater (Denver Broncos), numerous high school and college All Americans, etc. The Arroyo Vista Park Clinics are part of a comprehensive year round program that includes private one on one instruction, group instruction, and the annual summer overnight camp conducted at California Lutheran University.
What kind of a program is the NKS Sunday Clinic? The clinic is a two hour session of placekicking and punting instruction conducted by NKS California Director Sean Cheevers and staff. The clinics are on a ôcome when you canö basis and all players receive a great deal of individual attention. Clinic participants take home what they have learned, practice on their own, and return when they are ready. There are no sign up periods or best times to attend.
Who attends the NKS Sunday Clinics? Dedicated players who have a passion for kicking and punting and are seeking to fulfill their potential attend the clinics. Veteran participants recognize the value of training as a group and enjoy meeting and working with new players.
FUN? YOU BET! While we work hard and obviously take placekicking and punting seriously, we also recognize the value of enjoyment during the process. This enthusiasm carries over to quality practice and enhanced performance in game situations.
Sean Cheevers - NKS California Director, Clinic Head Coach
Sean Cheevers is one of the very few coaches that possess a comprehensive understanding of Sports Biomechanics applied to kicking the football. His ability to relate this knowledge to players of all ages and abilities is extraordinary. He is easy and fun to work with. Sean played under George Allen at Long Beach State where he was named to the Big West All Conference Team. Professionally he has played in the NFL as well as the Arena and Canadian Football Leagues. He has been the very successful special teams coach at both Moorpark College and College of the Canyons. All of his players have gone on to successful college playing careers.

Directions: Barnett Park is located just minutes west of Downtown Orlando on West Colonial Drive. From the park entrance, follow the park road to the football field.
Ages: High School, Middle School, College, Youth Football
Positions: Placekickers (soccer style & straight on) and Punters.
Equipment: Players bring at least two footballs, KO tees, holder, block (if utilized).
Tuition: $35 per clinic for players. Parents & Coaches attend FREE.

The program also includes private and group instruction as well as our summer overnight camp at Stetson University and the January College Exposure & Placement Camp also at Stetson.

The clinics are on a "come when you can" basis and all players receive a great deal of individual attention. Kickers take home what they have learned, practice on their own, and return when they are ready. There are no sign up periods or best times to attend.
Who attends the clinics? Dedicated players who have a passion for kicking and punting and are seeking to fulfill their potential attend the clinics. Veteran participants recognize the value of training as a group and enjoy meeting and working with new players. It's a blast!
